Sound and Music

This week we will be experimenting with Sound and Music. I would like for you to explore Youtube and a site called Sounddogs.com.  We will be looking for music that we can use as background music for our upcoming video's.



Thursday 8/31

Students are to make two posts to their music blog page. (all except per 1 - they are to use their only blog page they have)

Post 1

1980’s music - They are to download TWO music video’s from the 80’s that they like. Then they are to provide information on the artist/band. Who What Why When How etc.

At the bottom of the post they are to provide a list of the top 10 songs of either the decade or the year of the song that they like.

Post 2

1990’s music - They are to download TWO music video’s from the 80’s that they like. Then they are to provide information on the artist/band. Who What Why When How etc.

At the bottom of the post they are to provide a list of the top 10 songs of either the decade or the year of the song that they like.

Wednesday 8/30

On your Music page blog add the following 2 posts

1960's - Find a music video of a song and post, then provide a write up about the music of the 60's.
Include the billboard top 10 for that decade.

1970's - Find a music video of a song and post, then provide a write up about the music of the 60's.
Include the billboard top 10 for that decade.

Tuesday 8/29

Create a new blog page called "your name 2018 music page"
Make a link from your home page to this new page.
Add a post of a music video from Youtube onto this page.

Add SCMPlayer to your MUSIC Page   SCM Link  -SCM PLAYER

Download 5 songs and place in o you iTunes
Download 7 sounds and place into your iTunes
